Using hypnotherapy to quit smoking is one of the quickest and easiest ways to give up on your smoking habits. With hypnotherapy, there are no bad side effects and there’s no need for substitutes such as e-cigarettes, or nicotine replacement patches or gum.

Equally, hypnotherapy can be a fast method of kicking your habit – many people can quit smoking successfully with my one session programme.

Quit smoking with one hypnotherapy session

My one-session programme is fast and effective for habitual smokers. On top of our initial hypnotherapy session, I also include some support to help keep you on track:

  1. A 1.5 hour hypnotherapy session
  2. Hypnotic suggestions that give you tools to help you through any rough times you may have
  3. An MP3 recording
  4. A free follow-up session within 4 weeks of the first session, if needed
  5. For those who see me at my Chislehurst location, I’ll also include 4 Mindfit sessions within the 4 week period following our initial hypnotherapy session.

As an ex-smoker myself (over 30 years) I understand very well the stresses and problems you may be going through if you want to quit smoking. Hypnotherapy can really help you overcome these and quit smoking safely, painlessly and for good.

Please note: if you are a compulsive smoker, rather than habitual, the one-session programme is not likely to be the best solution for you. We may need to address some of the other psychological reasons why you are smoking first. This can be done with hypnotherapy and/or psychotherapy but it will take more than one session. If you’re not sure, contact me first to discuss the best solution for you.
