I combine Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) to tailor my support to your needs. No two people are the same, so neither should their therapy be!

Please note: online therapy may not be suitable in every case, for example if you are experiencing extreme distress or have certain mental health illnesses. I will assess whether you are suitable for online therapy when we first speak.
